Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter with 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing who can support the complete recruitment lifecycle, identify quality candidates, and work closely with recruiters, account managers, clients, and consultants.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Support

- Work on US IT requirements received from clients and implementation partners.
- Understand client job descriptions and hiring expectations.
- Support the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidates.

Candidate Sourcing

Source candidates using

- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Dice
- Monster
- CareerBuilder
- Indeed
- JobDiva
- Ceipal
- Internal Database
- Employee Referrals
- Skilled Networking

Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

Candidate Screening

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate:

- Technical skills
- Communication skills
- Project experience
- Work authorization
- Salary expectations
- Availability
- Relocation preferences




- Employment stability

Verify candidate information before submission.

Resume Evaluation

- Review and analyze resumes thoroughly.
- Match candidate experience with job requirements.
- Ensure resumes are updated and technically accurate.
- Identify the best-fit candidates based on skills and experience.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews with clients.
- Coordinate interview logistics.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Collect interview feedback.
- Follow up until closure.

Consultant Relationship Management

- Build professional relationships with consultants.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Address consultant concerns professionally.

Vendor & Client Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors and account managers.
- Track candidate submissions.
- Follow up on interview feedback.
- Support onboarding activities.

Maintain complete candidate documentation, including:

- Resume
- Passport
- Work Authorization
- Driver's License
- I-94
- LinkedIn Profile
- References

Ensure documentation is complete before submission.

Required Skills

- 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience sourcing candidates through major job portals.
