NAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our creative team. You will work on a variety of client projects, including social media creatives, event posters, brand collateral, and digital marketing assets across industries such as fintech, lifestyle, heritage brands, and BFSI. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their design career to grow under mentorship while handling real client work.

NKey Responsibilities

N- Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including static posts, carousels, and story formats.

N- Create posters, banners, and promotional materials for client events and campaigns.

N- Assist senior designerswith brand identity projects and marketing collateral.

N- Ensure designs adhere to client brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone).

N- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on design drafts.

N- Prepare print-ready andweb-ready files as needed.

N- Stay updated on design trends relevant to digital marketing.

N- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align visuals with messaging.

N- Manage multiple design requests within deadlines across different client accounts.

NRequirements

n- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

N- 1–2 years of experience(freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).





N- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

familiarity with Canva is a plus.

N- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

N- Excellent video editingand creation skills for reels, short-form social videos, and basic motion graphics (experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects is advantageous).

N- Ability to take constructive feedback and work within brand guidelines.

N- Good time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

N- A portfolio that demonstrates design sensibility (student projects or personal work are acceptable, with a preference for video samples).

NPreferred Qualifications

N- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics.

N- Familiarity with socialmedia ad specifications and formats.

N- Interest in digital marketing and branding.
