About the Role

NeuMarketingOrder is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. We're seeking someone with a strong understanding of real estate marketing creatives and the ability to produce high-quality visual assets for digital and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creatives for social media campaigns, Meta & Google Ads and digital marketing.

Create real estate marketing collateral including:

Hoardings

Newspaper advertisements

Brochures

Flyers

Standees

Banners

Site branding materials

Sales office branding

WhatsApp creatives

Emailers

Project presentations

Develop campaign concepts while maintaining brand consistency.

Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver creatives within deadlines.

Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats.

Prepare print-ready artwork with proper specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.





Prior experience working with real estate developers or real estate marketing agencies is mandatory.

Strong portfolio showcasing real estate campaign creatives.

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign (preferred)

Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (basic knowledge is a plus)

Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing marketing collateral.

Understanding of print production and outdoor advertising specifications.

Knowledge of branding and performance marketing creatives.

Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
