About the Role Are you a recent commerce or business graduate looking to step directly into an impactful consulting role We are seeking a motivated, confident Junior Financial Consultant to join our team.

This is a true entry-level position with an intense focus on growth. You do not need prior experience with specific cloud applications—we will provide comprehensive, end-to-end training. Unlike typical entry-level roles where you only handle small pieces of a puzzle, once your initial training phase is complete, you will be given full ownership of individual client projects and complete bookkeeping accounts.

Work Setup: This role is primarily Work from Home (WFH). However, you must be able to attend our office for your initial training/onboarding phase and for periodic team meetings as required. Over time, this position is expected to transition into a full-time, office-based role.

Zoho Financial Applications

Implementation

- Undergo thorough training to master the implementation and configuration of core cloud financial modules: Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Procurement.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects post-training, mapping client business processes and setting up their custom Zoho ecosystems from start to finish.
- Lead client onboarding sessions, test system workflows, and ensure the software is fully optimized for the client's operational needs.

2. Full-Cycle Outsourced Bookkeeping

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations for assigned client accounts using Zoho Books.
- Handle the complete accounting cycle independently post-training, including maintaining ledgers, executing bank reconciliations,



and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and deliver final monthly financial statements and management reports directly to clients.

- Must own a reliable personal laptop capable of handling modern cloud-based business applications seamlessly.
- Must have a high-speed, stable home Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted client meetings and remote operations.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are absolutely essential.
- Must possess the confidence to lead client meetings, gather requirements, and present financial reports professionally. You will be interacting directly with business owners and managers.

• Core Knowledge

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
- Experience: Zero (0) years of professional experience required, but a rock-solid understanding of double-entry accounting principles and financial cycles is expected.
