We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Mutual Fund Operations team.

Ø Position: Junior Executive – Mutual Fund Operations

Ø Company: Pinnacle Financial and Investments Services Pvt. Ltd.

Ø Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra

Ø Type: Full time – On site

Ø Remuneration: 12,000–16,000/- p.M.

Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field within the last one year, with valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
- Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation
- Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data
- Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries,



and MIS reports
- Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions
- Supporting compliance and documentation requirements
- Handling basic client communication via email and phone
- Monitoring SIP renewals, pending transactions, and follow-ups
- Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
