We are looking for a Fresher Jr. Electrical Engineer who is eager to learn and build a career in the solar industry. You will work with experienced engineers and receive hands-on training in designing, installing, and commissioning solar power projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing solar electrical systems.
- Help prepare electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Support site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Learn about cable selection, electrical protection, and power distribution.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Work closely with the engineering and project teams.
- Help solve basic technical issues under senior engineers' guidance.
Eligibility:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Passion for renewable energy and willingness to learn.
