Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, functional needs, and budget, and translate these requirements into cohesive interior concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design proposals, preparing mood boards and presentations, coordinating space planning, and selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring project progress to ensure quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.

Designer will also assist with site visits, measurements,



and approvals, and help ensure an excellent client experience throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and residential design expertise.

Proficiency in Space Planning, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality and aesthetics.

Understanding of Architecture and coordination with architectural and structural elements.

Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation.

Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.

Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).

Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials, colors, and current design trends.

Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design concepts.

Organizational and project coordination skills, including time management and in office supervision.
