Job Summary

Edulift is hiring Junior Counselors (Freshers Welcome) to join our admissions team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are looking to build a career in education counseling and sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students.
- Explain courses, fees, and admission procedures accurately.
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize conversions.
- Assist senior counselors in closing admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and lead status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and documentation.




- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Ensure skilled and courteous communication with students and parents.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
