We are looking for a confident Junior CRM / Senior CRM professional to handle client calls, explain hair restoration solutions, manage follow-ups, and convert inquiries into consultations. The role requires strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Explain services and schedule consultations
Follow up with potential clients
Maintain client interaction records in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments
Requirements:
Fluent English communication
Robust phone convincing skills
Minimum 2 years stability in last job
Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
Willing to sign 18-month job agreement or serve 6-month notice period.
