Junior Consultant IDMC Development & Administration

Role :

We are looking for an experienced Junior Consultant IDMC Development & Administration with robust expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, administering, and supporting IDMC solutions with a strong focus on Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS).

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise data integration, governance, and data quality solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable data management processes.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support Informatica IDMC solutions across enterprise environments.
- Implement and manage Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) solutions.
- Develop and maintain Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules, scorecards, profiling, and monitoring.
- Build and support Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS) mappings, tasks, workflows, and schedules.
- Develop reusable data integration components and optimize ETL/ELT processes.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and standardization to improve data quality.
- Configure and administer IDMC environments, users, security, and connectivity.




- Troubleshoot performance issues, workflow failures, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, documentation, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and best practices throughout the data lifecycle.

Required Qualifications :

- 7 - 9 years of experience in Informatica IDMC Development and Administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC).
- Strong experience with Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
- Experience in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) / Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data integration, and data quality processes.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM and data governance best practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Informatica IDMC certifications are an added advantage.
