- Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Receive hands-on Management Training through one-to-one coaching.
- Mentor and support new team members as your responsibilities grow.

- Contribute to company growth through professional Business Development activities.
