Role Description

As a Junior Art Director at ONEDIGITAL, you will support the development of visual concepts and brand narratives for architects, interior designers, and luxury brands. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves collaborating with senior creatives to translate client briefs into cohesive visual campaigns across social media, digital platforms, print, and presentations. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, create mood boards, assist in photo and video direction, and oversee the execution of graphic assets to ensure brand consistency.

Daily responsibilities include guiding designers on layouts and graphics,



reviewing design work for quality and alignment with creative direction, and coordinating with account and marketing teams to deliver timely, high-impact visual content. You will also help maintain design standards, stay informed about design and luxury market trends, and contribute to pitch presentations and portfolio materials.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide strong Creative Direction and Art Direction to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in Branding and developing cohesive visual identities for design and luxury-focused clients.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and digital design workflows.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in architecture, interior design, luxury brands, or lifestyle sectors is highly beneficial.
