Position: Junior Architect

Position Summary The Junior Architect will support the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. The role involves preparing design concepts, coordinating with vendors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Assist in developing detailed working drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Review vendor quotations, materials, and shop drawings.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain project records, BOQs, and design revisions.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.




- Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction practices.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in institutional, commercial, or educational infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and execution teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
