Location Nagercoil Job Type Full-Time Reports To Chief Architect Experience Level 0-3 years Job Summary We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to support our design and construction teams on various architectural projects The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture detail-oriented and eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of architectural designs presentations and construction documents Support project teams in conceptual design schematic design design development and construction documentation phases Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination with consultants contractors and clients Use design software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino Adobe Suite etc to create models drawings and presentations Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas Perform research on materials codes and zoning regulations Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and sustainability goals Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm internship experience counts Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite Solid design and visualization skills Excellent communication organization and teamwork abilities Understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus LEED or other sustainability credentials optional but beneficial Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 1 00 - 2 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Nagercoil Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current salary What is your expected salary Work Location In person
