Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves supporting senior architects in concept development, preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, and assisting in interior layouts for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

The Junior

Architect will coordinate with consultants on structural details, help compile design documentation, and contribute to presentations and client reviews. Daily tasks include revising plans based on feedback, ensuring design consistency with project requirements, and maintaining accurate project files.



The role also requires participation in site visits to understand design execution and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to prepare drawings, plans, and design concepts.

- Candidates should possess skills related to Project Management, such as organizing documentation, tracking timelines, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess basic skills in Software Development and Integration only as they apply to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., integrating design software, managing digital files).

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with graphic presentation tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent architectural qualification from a recognized institution.

- Strong spatial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design briefs into technical drawings.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio and on-site environment.

- Exposure to residential, hospitality, or commercial projects and knowledge of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
