Role Description The Junior Architect role at PInterview is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the design and evolution of the platform’s technical and architectural solutions. In this role, the individual collaborates with senior architects and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system designs.

Day-to-day activities include contributing to software architecture documentation, assisting with integration design between services, and helping ensure that new features align with overall platform standards.

The Junior

Architect also participates in project planning,



supports implementation reviews, and helps monitor system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for software systems and online platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development to support implementation of architectural decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Integration, including designing and understanding APIs, data flows, and interoperability between services.
- Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills to assist with planning, prioritization, and coordination of technical initiatives.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and design.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, modern web technologies, and security best practices is highly beneficial.
