We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Junior Analyst to join our growing team. As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business data.

You will help prepare reports, track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide insights that support business operations and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources

Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and business insights

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports

Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations, and performance reports

Support senior analysts with research, data analysis, and business intelligence activities

Track KPIs, operational metrics, and business performance indicators

Use Microsoft Excel and SQL to analyze and manipulate datasets

Assist in developing reports and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues

Translate business requirements into structured analytical tasks

Conduct basic market, competitor, and operational research when required

Prepare clear summaries and presentations based on analytical findings

Communicate insights and observations to relevant stakeholders

Maintain accurate documentation of reports, datasets, methodologies, and processes

Assist in improving existing reporting and analytical processes

Work collaboratively with business, operations, finance,



marketing, technology, and other teams

Manage assigned analytical tasks while meeting project deadlines

Follow data privacy, security, and confidentiality guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in analytics, business analysis, reporting, research, operations, or a related field

Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Understanding of Excel functions, formulas, charts, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data filtering

Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts

Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Good problem-solving and research skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize information and present findings clearly

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Good time-management and task-prioritization skills
