An architecture and design practice in Girgaon, Mumbai- is hiring a Junior Architect with 2–3 years of qualified experience to contribute to residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and interior design projects. The role involves architectural design, visualization, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution support across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural design concepts, space planning layouts, and project presentations
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and technical documentation
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for design presentations and project reviews
- Coordinate with senior architects during design development and project execution
- Assist in material selection, furniture specifications, and architectural detailing
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and fabricators throughout project execution




- Participate in site visits to review construction progress and support design implementation
- Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and design records
- Utilize AI tools to support concept development, visualization, and documentation workflows

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or multidisciplinary design projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design software
- Experience preparing architectural drawings, construction documentation, and presentation materials
- Experience developing 3D models and architectural visualizations
- Experience using AI tools for design workflows, visualization, or documentation
- Understanding of architectural detailing, materials, furniture detailing, and construction documentation
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Strong presentation, coordination, and documentation skills

Work Schedule

- Location: Girgaon, Mumbai

- Working days: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
