We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee the reconciliation of payments and stock for our e-commerce operations across major platforms such as Flipkart Meesho and Amazon The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with marketplace portals ensuring accurate financial records stock verification and timely reconciliation of transactions Key Responsibilities E-commerce Payment Reconciliation Track verify and reconcile payments received from e-commerce portals Identify discrepancies between invoiced amounts and received payments Coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution of payment issues Maintain reconciliation reports for each portal with detailed payment cycle tracking Stock Reconciliation Reconcile stock movement and inventory levels between physical stock and portal data Verify inward outward transactions and returns on all e-commerce portals Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock reports with marketplaces Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams for physical verification if needed Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily weekly and monthly reconciliation statements Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews Generate reports related to receivables returns commission charges and other deductions by platforms General Accounting Record journal entries for sales returns commissions TCS etc Ensure proper GST compliance and TDS accounting related to online platforms Assist in monthly closing of books and financial audits Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and reconciliation with major e-commerce marketplaces Flipkart Amazon Meesho etc Strong knowledge of e-commerce payment cycles deduction formats commission structures and returns policies Proficient in using Excel Tally or other accounting software Ability to work independently meet deadlines and resolve discrepancies effectively Valuable communication skills for coordination with portal support and internal departments Preferred Qualifications B Com M Com MBA in Finance or related field Knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliances Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
