Job DescriptionSUMMARY

NWe are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Junior AI Video Generator & Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos and editing short-form and long-form content for digital marketing campaigns. This role will primarily support our in-house marketing initiatives by producing engaging videos for social media, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels.

NTECHNICAL SKILLS

n1–3 years of experience in video editing and AI-generated video creation

NStrong knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar platforms

NProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut (After Effects is an added advantage)

NUnderstanding of social media content formats and paid advertising creatives

NGood storytelling and visual communication skills

NAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

NExperience creating performance marketing creatives

NBasic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop

NExperience with motion graphics and animations

NKnowledge of prompt writing for AI image/video generation

This role will primarily support our in-house marketing initiatives by producing engaging videos for social media, paid advertising, websites, and other digital channels.

NKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n- Create high-quality AI-generated videos using modern AI video generation tools.

- Edit in-house video content into engaging marketing creatives.
- Produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, background music, and branding elements.
- Convert raw footage into compelling promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to deliver campaign creatives.
- Generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, editing techniques, and creative trends.

NQUALIFICATION

n- Graduate in any discipline.

- Degree or certification in Media, Design, Animation, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.

NMANDATORY REQUIREMENT

nA portfolio is mandatory.
