NRole Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Accountant. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements within a real estate development environment.

NKey Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions using Tally Prime and accounting systems
N
- Manage accounts payableand receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
N
- Handle petty cash management and site-level expense monitoring
N
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
N
- Process purchase bills,vendor invoices, and financial entries
N
- Assist in GST return filing and compliance
N
- Support TDS calculations and statutory compliance
N
- Maintain proper documentation, data, filings, and audit-ready records
N
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and internal reports
N
- Support internal audits, budgeting, and financial planning activities
N
- Coordinate with internal teams and site staff for financial data
N
- Provide administrative and accounting support as required

nQualifications

- Proficiency in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and handling financial transactions.

- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.

- Familiarity with accounting software and tools such as Tally Prime.
N
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.

- Good organizational andtime management skills for meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, invoices, GST filings and bank reconciliation
N
- Knowledge of tax compliance, project finance and financial regulations is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

nLocation: Near Borivali West Station

NWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) (1 hour lunch break)

NCompensation: Depends on Experience

NAnnual Casual and Sick Leave: 12 days (no carry-forward)

NAdditional Public Holidays: 7 days (no carry-forward)
