Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content for both digital and print media. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative materials that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and promotional materials.

Create marketing creatives for online and offline campaigns.

Develop product creatives, advertisements, and branding materials.

Edit images and perform basic photo retouching.

Create basic video edits, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms.

Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines.

Coordinate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements.

Revise designs based on feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.





Organize and maintain design files and digital assets.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is an added advantage.

Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

Creativity with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in graphic or creative design.

A portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.

Preferred

Skills

Experience in social media creative design.

Basic photography or videography knowledge.

Understanding of UI design principles and Figma is an added advantage.

Experience with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
