Kaizen Estimating & Takeoff — Hiring Construction Estimators (Jr & Sr) ?️

We're looking for Civil Engineers to join our estimating team as Junior or Senior Construction Project Estimators, based in Erandwana, Pune. What you'll do:

Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for construction bids

Review project drawings, specs, and RFIs

Update takeoffs for change orders and addendums

Work closely with the team to submit winning bids to General Contractors What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering preferred)

Familiarity with takeoff/estimating software (training provided)

Positive attention to detail and communication skills

Growth mindset — freshers with 0-1 yr experience welcome too

Salary: ₹2.4 - ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience level) Benefits:
