Role Description This full-time Jr BIM Architect / BIM Architect role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves developing and managing BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with project teams across disciplines, and supporting the production of submittals and documentation.





The architect will assist in clash detection, model updates, and drawing revisions, while adhering to project timelines and quality requirements. The role also includes collaborating with senior team members, participating in design reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design intent into detailed BIM models and documentation.

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools (e.g., Revit) for model creation, coordination, and updates.

Experience preparing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings that meet project standards and codes.

Ability to develop and manage Submittals, including drawings and supporting documentation for review and approval.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in BIM or digital design are an advantage.

Familiarity with CAD software and basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination within BIM environments.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative team setting.

Positive communication skills and willingness to learn, adapt to new tools, and follow standardized BIM workflows.
