CA Firm Experience Mandatory An Accounts Executive in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) plays a crucial role in managing the interface between the company's internal accounts and its banking partners. They are responsible for ensuring accurate, real-time tracking of financial transactions, regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines), and smooth day-to-day operations related to lending, collections, and funding.

Core Roles and Responsibilities (Banking & Finance Focused):

1. Bank Reconciliation & Management

2. Fund Management and Transactions

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable

4. Compliance and Reporting (RBI Focused)

5. Audits and Financial Reporting

Key Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: Usually 1–5 years in accounting, with a preference for BFSI or NBFC experience.
- Tools: Proficient in Tally Prime.
- Excel Skills: Solid MS Excel skills are essential for reconciliation and MIS.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ITR and Ind-AS accounting standards.
