Role Overview

We are looking for highly proactive Job Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to support our Job Search Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant job opportunities, research decision-makers, and conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn and email on behalf of our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, sourcing, networking, and building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Source relevant job opportunities across multiple job portals and company career pages.
- Research and identify recruiters, hiring managers, and key decision-makers for target companies.
- Find accurate LinkedIn profiles and professional email addresses of relevant contacts.
- Send personalized outreach messages through LinkedIn and email on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain target company lists and outreach databases.




- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in internal trackers.
- Collaborate with Resume Writers and Job Search Strategists to execute customized job search plans.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies to maximize interview opportunities.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, research, lead generation, or LinkedIn outreach.
- Robust internet research and sourcing skills.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sourcing tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and online research tools.

Compensation
- Positions Open: 3
- CTC: ₹30,000 per month plus incentives
