Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam.

The Job

Title role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial protection and long-term planning needs and recommending suitable HDFC Life products and solutions.

Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, explaining policy features and perks, supporting policy issuance and servicing,



and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, participating in sales and service initiatives, and contributing to branch-level business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand insurance and financial products, including protection, savings, investment, pension, and health solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and provide clear information on policy options.
- Basic numerical, analytical, and documentation skills to explain benefits, complete applications, and ensure compliance with processes.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical standards and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local language(s) in Ernakulam and willingness to work on-site at the branch.
