Job Title: Sales Assistant & Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to independently manage our luxury jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, maintain the store professionally, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with jewellery selection.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store sales.
- Manage the showroom independently during working hours.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI/card payments, and customer invoices.
- Maintain stock, inventory records, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with product displays, social media content, and customer follow-ups.
- Protect company assets and maintain complete confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Retail or jewellery sales experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Monday

Attendance & Workplace Policy
- Zero tolerance for late coming.




- Leave must be approved in advance and is subject to business requirements.
- Employees are expected to bring their lunch from home.
- Mobile phone use during working hours is permitted only for official work or emergencies.

Integrity Policy
- Honesty and accountability are mandatory.
- Theft, cash discrepancies, unauthorized discounts, stock manipulation, misuse of company property, or breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and may lead to legal action.
- CCTV surveillance and regular inventory audits are conducted.

Monthly Performance Incentive Performance incentives will be paid at the end of each month based on:
- Sales performance
- Attendance and punctuality
- Customer service
- Store management and cleanliness
- Honesty and adherence to company policies

Incentives are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
