The showroom caters to Upper Middle Class and High Net-worth Individuals and is expected to witness significant customer footfall from the outset.

We are looking for an experiencedJewellery -Sales Associate to join our store in Shahpur Jat, South Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail sales and possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. The role involves delivering a premium shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.





Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and pricing to customers.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support professionally.

Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are neat and secure.

Coordinate billing, inventory checks, stock replenishment, and daily store operations.

Ensure accurate handling of jewellery inventory and follow all security procedures.

Assist in store opening, closing, and maintaining store standards.

Support promotional events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.

Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Good understanding of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and current market trends.

Basic computer knowledge for billing, inventory management, and POS systems.

Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.

Ability to build trust with premium customers and maintain long-term relationships.

Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail business requirements.
