Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to final delivery.

Coordinate with customers to understand product specifications, timelines, and commercial requirements.

Work closely with the design team to develop new jewellery collections and customer-specific products.

Liaise with production planning, manufacturing, CAD, casting, stone setting, polishing, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare and monitor order plans, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

Source raw materials including gemstones, diamonds, and findings in coordination with procurement.

Track order progress and proactively resolve production or supply chain issues.

Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and company standards.





Coordinate sample development, approvals, and modifications.

Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and purchase orders as required.

Maintain accurate merchandising records, order status reports, and inventory information.

Coordinate shipping documentation and dispatch with logistics teams.

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to support current product development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
