Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Engineer to oversee the development and implementation of projects leveraging emerging technologies. This role includes mentoring team members, evaluating new technology solutions to enhance business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy. Requirements

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java and contemporary software development practices.

- Drive innovation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud Computing, and Intelligent Automation.

- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve business processes, scalability, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, coding standards, security policies, and quality best practices.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using design patterns and microservices principles.

- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, effort estimations, and project planning activities.

- Drive Agile delivery methodologies and promote engineering best practices across teams.

- Mentor junior developers and technical leads, fostering continuous learning and innovation.





- Work closely with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.

- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.

- Ensure secure application development through secure coding practices and API security standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in software development, solution design, and technology leadership.

- Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

- Good understanding of software architecture patterns and enterprise application design.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with database design, data modeling, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.

- Understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles.

- Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud-native solutions.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex technology projects.
