Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications that are high-volume and low-latency.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, productive code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and standards.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in Java development and programming.
- Strong understanding of Java SE and Java EE.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
