Required Skills

- At least 8+ years of software development experience with latest 1 to 2 years in cloud development.
- Hands-on engineering leader, who can help the team with design and architectural trade-offs, help with design and code reviews, as well as setting up a strong quality and delivery pipelines.
- Should possess sound team handling and leading skills..
- Strong experience with Java, OOPS, Spring and Hibernate..
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Must have ample working knowledge on any one of Cloud Platforms AWS or Azure or GCP.
- Should have working knowledge on both relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with Build Tools (Jenkins , Dockers) , version control (Git) and dependency management (Maven or Gradle)
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development
- Should have basic knowledge on any Frontend Framework – Angular or React
- Some experience with TDD, in both frontend and backend technologies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive to Have - Linux Knowledge, Generative AI concepts
