We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React + Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js and Java, with proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and delivering scalable applications.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend).
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve processes.





Skills Required

- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.
- Robust experience in Java and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Docker).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in leading software development teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
