Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Develop robust backend services using Java, Core Java, J2EE, and related enterprise technologies.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based architectures.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and demonstrate strong understanding of SQL concepts, query optimization, and database design.
- Develop backend applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, and Hibernate Framework (mandatory).
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and software design patterns.
- Participate in application deployment, server setup, and environment management including:

Apache Tomcat configuration and tuning Application deployment and troubleshooting

Basic DevOps activities (build pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring)

- Develop responsive frontend applications using:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript React.js

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using:

React Native

- Lead and mentor a team of 34 developers, ensuring sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile, including sprint planning, stand-ups.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams,



and stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain high code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in designing scalable solutions.
