Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Java Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

By leveraging modern microservices architecture and integrating emerging technologies like Agentic AI, you will directly influence the efficiency of our platforms and enhance the end-user experience, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and seamless data processing for our global client base.
- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular 2+ to provide a frictionless experience for our end users.
- Architect and maintain microservices-based systems to improve modularity, scalability, and the overall speed of feature delivery.
- Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure management using CI/CD practices, AWS, and Docker to reduce time-to-market and improve system reliability.




- Integrate Agentic AI workflows into existing applications to drive intelligent automation and provide predictive insights for business stakeholders.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and up-to-date frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular 2+.
- Proven ability to design and deploy scalable microservices within AWS cloud environments, utilizing Docker for containerization and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies to streamline development lifecycles and ensure consistent, high-quality releases.
- Hands-on experience or a strong conceptual grasp of Agentic AI frameworks to build autonomous, intelligent system components.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment in Gurugram.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with 2 to 6 years of professional experience.
