Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, J2EE, and Struts framework .
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Implement MVC-based applications ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide bug fixes.
- Work with relational databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) for backend integration.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Contribute to migration and modernization projects (Struts to Spring MVC/Boot, if applicable).

Required Skills:

- Strong programming skills in Core Java, J2EE .




- Hands-on experience with Struts 1.x / 2.x framework .
- Good understanding of MVC architecture, Servlets, JSP, JDBC .
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery for front-end integration.
- Exposure to REST/SOAP Web Services .
- Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control (Git/SVN).
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Spring / Hibernate frameworks.
- Experience with migration from Struts to Spring Boot .
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum working experience.
