What you'll do
- Build customizations for the NOW ERP platform on our low-code ABSolution framework - it compiles to standard Java EE, so your Java skills stay portable
- Write real backend logic: business rules, workflows, persistence, integrations - delivered through structured code review
- Work with SQL daily (DB2): queries, debugging, data analysis
- Make AI tools a core part of your workflow - and help the team get better at using them
What you bring
- 3–5 years of professional Java backend development
- Real persistence-layer experience - JPA / Hibernate (Spring Boot or Java EE)
- Robust SQL: joins, subqueries, optimization on any major relational database
- Active use of AI development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) - or genuine eagerness to make them your daily practice
- Clear written English for async collaboration in a global team
- Based in - or willing to relocate to - Bengaluru or Coimbatore
