We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5 years of core development experience to join our team for a critical banking project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building high-performance microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, with a solid track record in secure, scalable enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Microservices &
- API Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices and RESTful APIs for core banking applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Cloud Solutions : Build and deploy scalable backend services natively on AWS leveraging cloud-native architectures and best practices.
- Database &
- Data Management : Write efficient SQL queries, manage relational/NoSQL databases, and optimize database performance for financial data transactions.
- Security &
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to strict banking security standards, including data encryption, secure authentication/authorization protocols, and audit controls.
- Code Quality &
- Testing : Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Conduct unit testing,



integration testing, and peer code reviews to ensure top-tier software quality.
- Production Support &
- Troubleshooting : Debug complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and resolve production bugs swiftly.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- Core Technical Stack : 5 years of hands-on experience in Java (8 or higher), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Cloud Platform : Proven working experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
- Database &
- Persistence : Proficiency in Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Build &
- Version Control : Expertise with Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- System Design &
- Patterns : Solid knowledge of OOPs concepts, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and clean code principles.
- Banking Domain (Bonus) : Prior experience working with Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services clients is highly desirable.
