Key Responsibilities

- Work on application development and technical solutions using Java or AI-related technologies
- Collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements
- Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
- Provide technical support and problem resolution in bilingual environments
- Translate and explain technical concepts clearly in Japanese and English
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- JLPT N2 or N3 level Japanese language proficiency with solid spoken and written communication skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development
- Strong experience in Java development or AI/ML technologies
- Ability to work in global delivery models and multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
