Hands-On Coding
- Must be actively involved in coding and debugging complex backend modules.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in backend development.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, OOP, multithreading, and data structures.
