Qualifications
- Hands on implementation knowledge on all ITSM modules i.e. Incident Mgm ,Problem Mgm, Configuration Mgm,Knowledge Mgm,MIM and others
- Hands on experience on CSM, integrations(REST/JSON) and portal.
- Sound coding knowledge with SNOW approved best practices
- Strong with Custom solutions and scoped apps
- Proficient on update set best practices, cloning, refactoring and platform improvements
- Knowledge on CMDB, Discovery, Event and ITBM modules.
