Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ITI Fitters role based in Hyderabad. The ITI Fitter will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembling and fitting mechanical components, and performing routine installation, maintenance, and repair work. Daily tasks include using hand and power tools, measuring and aligning parts, checking quality and safety of fitted components, and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.

The role involves working closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure equipment is installed and maintained according to specifications and safety guidelines.



The ITI Fitter is expected to follow all workplace safety rules, maintain tools and work areas, and meet project timelines.

Qualifications

- Completed ITI Fitter trade certification from a recognized institution, with solid understanding of mechanical fitting principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and basic engineering specifications.
- Hands-on experience using standard hand tools and power tools for fitting, assembly, and maintenance work.
- Knowledge of safety practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and adherence to on-site safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to measure and align components accurately, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and work effectively in a team-based environment in office.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and adapt to project-based schedules and deadlines.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance environments in Hyderabad or similar settings is an advantage.
