Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.

- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.

- Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.

- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Perform regular quality checks during production.

- Report defects or inconsistencies in products.

- Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

- Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Shifts:

- 7 AM to 3 PM

- 3 PM to 11 PM

- 11 PM to 7 AM

- Work week: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day off

- Shift Allowance: ₹30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)

Requirements

Requirements:

- Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)

- Age: 18-25 years

- Gender: Male & Female

- Health Requirements:



Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.

- Experience: Fresher

- Documents Required: Resume, 10th and 12th mark sheets, ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates, Provisional and Transfer certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank account details (can be opened at the plant if needed), 5 Passport-size photos

Advantages

- Stipend:

- ₹17,000 per month for Diploma holders

- ₹16,000 per month for ITI holders
