Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate SAS Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students, working professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAS programming, data analytics, statistical analysis, and reporting , along with excellent communication and presentation skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training through real-time projects, case studies, and hands-on exercises.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led online, classroom, and corporate training sessions on SAS.
- Design, develop, and regularly update training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.
- Train learners on:
- SAS Programming Fundamentals
- Base SAS
- Advanced SAS
- SAS Macros
- PROC SQL
- Data Management and Data Cleaning
- Statistical Analysis using SAS
- Data Visualization and Reporting
- SAS Enterprise Guide
- SAS Studio
- Clinical SAS Concepts (preferred)

- Conduct practical sessions using real-world datasets and industry case studies.
- Guide learners through capstone projects and hands-on assignments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Provide mentoring, career guidance, and interview preparation support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAS technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course content and learner experience.

Required Technical Skills




- Strong expertise in SAS Programming.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Base SAS
- Advanced SAS
- PROC SQL
- SAS Macros
- SAS Enterprise Guide
- SAS Studio
- Data Analysis and Reporting

- Positive understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Clinical SAS (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAS Certification is preferred.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in SAS development, analytics, and/or technical training.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer is preferred.
- Experience delivering corporate training programs is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAS Certified Base Programmer or SAS Certified Advanced Programmer.
- Experience with:
- PROC SQL
- SAS Enterprise Guide
- SAS Studio
- Clinical SAS (Preferred)
- Python or R for Data Analytics (Optional)
