Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations, endpoint management, and user support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining endpoint security, supporting ISO 27001 compliance initiatives, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support for laptops, desktops, operating systems, and business applications.

- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware and software.

- Manage endpoint devices, including provisioning, patching, antivirus, and security compliance.

- Support ISO 27001 initiatives by maintaining IT assets, documentation, and compliance-related activities.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and device lifecycle records.

- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security,



and Application teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system availability.

- Handle user incidents and service requests, escalating complex issues when required.

- Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Desktop Support.

- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, endpoint management, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.

- Familiarity with endpoint management, patch management, antivirus/EDR solutions, and IT asset management.

- Exposure to ISO 27001, information security practices, or IT compliance activities is preferred.

- Good understanding of IT service management processes (Incident, Request, and Change Management).
