? We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – IT Specialist (IT Audit)

Are you an IT Audit professional looking to accelerate your career while working on high‑impact UK External Audit engagements? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – IT Audit to join our national Technology & Digital team, supporting clients across Financial Services (Banking) with opportunities to work across Insurance and Corporate sectors.

This role reports directly to IT Audit Managers/Senior Managers in India and the UK—and offers exposure to complex, rapid-paced audit environments.

? Key Responsibilities

✔ Execute day‑to‑day IT External Audit work for London-based and UK national clients

✔ Support closing meetings, stakeholder updates, and engagement communication

✔ Deliver high-quality work aligned with Forvis Mazars Quality standards

✔ Ensure work is on budget and meets client KPIs

✔ Build strong client relationships and ensure timely issue resolution

✔ Maintain calm and control under pressure and tight deadlines

✔ Support in identifying how wider Technology & Digital capabilities can benefit clients

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence

? What We’re Looking For

? 5–7 years of experience in IT Audit,



ideally within the Banking sector

? Hands-on experience in ITGC reviews across a range of applications

? Exposure to Core Banking, Loan & Mortgage systems, FO/MO/BO systems (preferred)

? Experience testing ITACs and IPEs

? Knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, Linux and databases like SQL, Oracle, DB2

? Strong report writing and communication skills

? Ability to manage client relationships and work across multiple engagements

? Working toward (or willing to pursue) CISA or similar certifications

? Creative, analytical thinker with strong business and technical acumen

? Interest or experience in complementary areas like Cyber, Data Privacy, Forensics, Data Analytics, or IT Advisory
