Roles and Responsibility

- Manage or perform work across multiple areas of the organization's IT Platform/Infrastructure.

- Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization's IT roadmap.

- Serve as a driving force behind the development of recent solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.

- Ensure implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-function in the context of the department strategy.

- Lead a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

- Coach, mentor, and train others on the area of expertise.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management,



with a focus on CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.

- Strong understanding of related disciplines, including data voice networks, data processing operations, end-user technology, and software support.

- Experience in managing teams and leading complex projects or activities.

- Ability to develop and implement policies, processes, and standards to support short to medium term tactical direction.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an asset.
