Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Specialist role based in Lucknow. The IT Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels, and present tailored IT solutions to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals.

The role involves collaborating with technical teams to align client requirements with software and service offerings, maintaining accurate sales records, and reporting on performance and pipeline status.



The IT Sales Specialist will also nurture long-term client relationships and support renewals and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

Robust IT Sales and Account Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Sound understanding of Information Technology concepts and software services to engage confidently with clients.

Proficiency in Lead Generation activities, including outreach, networking, and using digital channels to build a sales pipeline.

Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to analyze client needs and propose suitable IT solutions that align with business goals.

Experience in B2B sales in the IT or software services sector is highly beneficial.

Comfort with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for managing sales data and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
