Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter for in-house recruitment with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end IT/technical hiring. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle,sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple technical domains while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Track and update hiring progress in ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree / MBA (HR preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT/Product/Engineering hiring preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
